Introduction to Peacock Butterfly AppealThe Peacock Butterfly Appeal has been created with the aim of raising awareness in young people of the following forms of cancer. Breast Cancer. Testicular and Prostate Cancer. Following the success of The Peacock Butterfly Calendar 2004, the CD called Natures Course, the Peacock Butterfly Christmas Cards 2004 and our various fund raising charity events, we are actively looking forward to the 2005 events calender. To date (17 June 2005) we have raised close to £30,000 through the activities mentioned above. On Saturday 25 September 2004, we held a very successful Masquerade Ball in Gosmore. It was a fantastic evening and our very special thanks to Les Jeffries and Hayley King for organising this special event - a great evening's entertainment was had by all those who attended.
